ARCHITECTURE- STUDY OF NEW HOUSE

It is a study and supervision of a two-story house with two basements and a swimming pool. The style of the residence is simple geometric with a classical rhythm of openings in the front view. On the ground floor are the living areas (living room, dining room, kitchen) and on the first floor are the four bedrooms. In the first basement there are the utility rooms and in the second basement the garage.  The construction materials of the facades are the thermal plaster in anthracite color and the light gray marble in the frames of the openings. The frames are steel  in an oxidized bronze shade and energy crystal. The facade blinds serve the bioclimatic needs of the building by acting as a barrier to the western sun
